You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
We inspect every package carefully. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@berr.in within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
